Cancellation Policy
Customers who fail to attend their appointment or cancel on the day of the appointment will be billed the full service fee. To avoid this charge, customers must reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent 50%-100% of the appointment price.
